SPDx Performance Training Camp is an outdoor strength training program combined with speed and agility training component to give you a well rounded training experience that covers every aspect of performance and competition.  Session are held Monday through Saturdays in West Los Angelesin Santa Monica and West Los Angeles. 
Private Training - $55/hour
Sports Performance Camps - $10/session
Month Pass - Performance Camps - $120/month
