Performance Training Camp
SPDx Performance Training Camp is an outdoor strength training program combined with speed and agility training to give you a well rounded training experience that covers every aspect of performance and competition.  Session are held Monday through Saturdays at different locations in Santa Monica and West Los Angeles
Pro Deal: Get a great well-rounded workout 5 times per week up for 4 weeks for  $10/session!   
20 sessions - $200

Semi-Pro Deal: Can't commit to 20 sessions quite yet.  Get yourself 12  sessions for $12/session.  Still a great deal!
12 sessions - $144

Weekend Warriors: Saturday morning weekend warrior training camps are great for those with limited time.  Come try it out!  
4 sessions - $60

Things to bring: exercise mat, towel, water and/or carbohydrate drink (e.g.: 50% juice mixed w/ 50% water, Gatorade, etc.)
Unused Performance Training Camp sessions expire 90 days after purchase.
